Well I guess its time for an update! Things have been going along smoothly. Seems like nothing has been happening for a couple of weeks, but I know that things are being done behind the scenes. Plasterers have been working hard and all the plaster is finished/stopped/sanded and ready for some paint! My kitchen is going in this week, aswell as skirts/arcs and doors. And painting to start later this week. This is the most exciting part by far!! I cant wait to see all the colors together and think after this week it will look like a house. Don't really know how long it will all take from now, but Im thinking the house should be finished in about 4-6 weeks? Hmmm...we'll see ;) Im still hoping for handover early to mid August (fingers crossed!) Will add more pics soon and hopefully really see something coming together

Contracts are signed

Well we are on the go now!!

Bank is set, pre approval was done months ago, land is titled and contracts are signed. Im so excited that maybe something will get started soon! I know it will still be at least a few weeks before we even get building permits back but im sure ill have something started before we know it!

Im not sure whether I should start a timeline from now (contract signing) OR from site scrape. Im thinking I should wait til site scrape....BWHAHAHA....cant believe im even talking this crap,seems so pointless anyway but its all to exciting!!! Its finally MY turn !!
